So as to confirm he again asks the son if he is lying to him. To which the son again lies. Now, the father knows that Johny had been eating sugar without permission. So, he asks Johnny to open his mouth, to which Johnny replies with a laugh. And when Johnny laughs, the father can see that Johnny had been eating sugar and had been lying.
